• Smart Timer Modes: Choose how your timer behaves when it reaches zero:
  • Time Limited (default): Timer counts down to zero and stops — ideal for bounded tasks and meetings
  • Minimum Goal: Timer counts down to zero, then continues counting up as overtime — ideal for creative work where you want to keep going
  • Per-Task Override: Set timer mode per task via the edit sheet or right-click context menu, or set a global default in Settings
  • Overtime Display: When in overtime, the timer shows "+X:XX" format with a distinct color shift so you always know you've passed your goal
  • "Goal Reached!" Celebration: A brief celebration plays when a minimum-goal timer hits zero, then seamlessly transitions to overtime counting
  • Pomodoro Protection: Pomodoro sessions always use time-limited mode regardless of task setting — time-boxing is sacred
