Insights

Today's focus at a glance, your streak, charts, records and badges — above the day's activity timeline.

Insights (⌘3) is where Focusmo shows what your focus added up to. It replaces the old Activity and Daily Goal sections: everything from both now lives on this one screen.

Insights: today's summary above the activity timeline

Today at a glance

The top of Insights is a compact summary of today:

  • Focused today — your total focus time.
  • Sessions and avg session length.
  • Your streak (hidden in Zen Mode).

Chart, Records, Badges

Three toggles next to the summary open a panel right below it — one at a time, click again to close:

Your day

Once you've finished a session today, a Your day chip appears beside the toggles (between sessions). It opens the day wrap — today's focus against your goal and the whole day as one strip.

The activity timeline

Below the summary is the activity timeline: your sessions, the apps and websites you used, check-in logs and idle time. The time-range menu in the toolbar switches between Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Week, Last Week and a custom range.

Select a block to see its details in the side panel. With nothing selected, the panel summarizes the range — for example time patterns, a breakdown by Project, and your top apps, websites and app categories. Exactly what appears depends on the range and your data; see the app.

Free vs Pro

All ranges are visible for everyone, but free accounts see the last 3 days of Insights data and today's activity timeline. Full history, plus the timeline's filters, breakdowns and categories, require Pro.

Insights needs Focusmo's analytics switched on. If you turned it off (Settings → Account → About → Share Usage Data), Insights shows "Analytics is off" instead of today's summary.
