Day Wrap & Weekly Recap

See where your day went, and how your week added up — shown at the right moment, or whenever you ask.

Focusmo closes the loop on your focus with two short, full-screen summaries: the day wrap at the end of a day, and the weekly recap at the start of a new week. Both are free on every plan.

The day wrap

"Your day" — one screen that shows:

  • the focus ring, filled with today's focus time against your daily focus goal,
  • three numbers: sessions, longest block, and tasks done,
  • the whole day as one strip, with focus and breaks,
  • where most of your focus went ("Most of it went to …").

Two ways out: Plan tomorrow (Return) takes you to the Focus screen with the task field open, and Done (Esc) closes it.

When it appears

  • On its own, in the evening — at most once a day, after a day with focus in it: between sessions, with nothing else on screen and no planned block still ahead today. With the main window in front, it's offered as a quiet card ("See where today went?"); with Focusmo in the background, as a notification — only if you've already allowed notifications.
  • After "Done for today" — on the break screen or the next-step screen, Focusmo may offer it right away, whatever the time.
  • Whenever you like — the Your day chip in Insights, or Window → Wrap Up the Day.

The weekly recap

"Your week" — the Monday–Sunday that just ended, on one screen:

  • your total focus, compared with the week before,
  • the seven days as bars,
  • days focused (out of 7), longest block, and tasks done,
  • where most of it went, and any records you set ("New this week").

Plan this week (Return) takes you to the Focus screen with the task field open; Done (Esc) closes it.

When it appears

  • On your first launch of the week — from Monday morning through Wednesday, if last week had at least one session and you haven't seen its recap yet. If Focusmo is running in the background on Monday morning, a notification offers it instead (only with notifications already allowed).
  • Whenever you like — Window → Weekly Recap shows last week, or this week so far if last week was empty.

Your first week

Seven days after you install Focusmo, a one-time "Your first week" recap sums up your first seven days — if you focused at least once in them.

Recaps never interrupt a running session, don't appear in Zen Mode, and need Focusmo's analytics switched on (Settings → Account → About → Share Usage Data). The Window menu items are available between sessions.
